This weekend is intended as a relaxed and informal opportunity to prepare yourself for the requirements of Three/Five/SeVen - nutrition, equipment, training, skills, course topography - mentored by women 45+ who have experience in competing and completing SeVen. The training weekend is aimed at female riders, although men can join in if there is still capacity closer to the event (please check with 4Five+ before booking).
Accommodation and food are not included. There is no cost to participate, but joining 4F to show your support for our volunteers is encouraged https://www.4fiveplus.org/membership. A donation option is also available with your ticket purchase.
The rides will suit CX, Gravel & MTBs. Routes will be shared with registered participants before the training weekend. Riders need to be self-sufficient for spares, nutrition & water. Think about clothing - dress with layers and be prepared for rain if forecast.
As always, all riders must have appropriate cycling public liability insurance (e.g. through AusCycling membership). We recommend having your ICE details visible on/with your phone. Licensing info on the website https://www.4fiveplus.org/resources
