An opportunity for femmes & friends to enjoy some summertime gravel. This will be a good introduction to gravel with a few lumps. We will host more training-focused rides as SEVEN approaches.
4Five+ member & qualified AusCycling Development Instructor (Level 1 MTBA) Tracey Chapman will lead this ride. Tracey is passionate about helping more women to ride bikes - on and off the road. Tracey is currently involved in delivering a bicycle education program to primary school children.
Ride details:
- Meet at the car park at the Darlington Tennis Courts at 6.45am for 7.00am roll out

This ride will suit CX, Gravel & MTB. Riders need to be self-sufficient for spares & nutrition & water. Think about clothing - dress with layers and be prepared for rain if forecast. If the forecast is horrible the ride will be cancelled.
As always, all riders must have appropriate cycling public liability insurance (e.g. through AusCycling membership). We recommend having your ICE details visible on/with your phone. Licensing info on the website https://www.4fiveplus.org/resources
