Summer time means criterium racing!

4Five+ have hired the purpose-built criterium circuit at Midvale SpeedDome, so you can enjoy this session in a safe environment with no traffic.

Accredited AusCycling coach and State Champion criterium racer Toby Brown will run the session, and cover skills such as cornering, braking, positioning, and tactics.

Attendance is capped at 15 riders to ensure quality feedback and rider safety.

Who: female cyclists planning to participate in criterium racing. All ages and levels welcome, femmes 45+ especially encouraged.

Cost: Free for 4Five+ Financial Members, General Admission $15
