Inspiring inclusion is at the heart of the 4Five+ ethos. Everything we do is shaped by our desire to see women thrive.

When women aren't present, we must ask: "If not, why not?"

When women are discriminated against, we must call out poor practice.

When the treatment of women is not equitable, we must take action.

And we must do this each time, every time.

4Five+ are not just campaigning for equal access to opportunities to participate and compete. We’re collaborating and investing our volunteer effort and dollars in organizing events that are focused on elevating women's participation and achievement in sport, and promoting awareness, discussion, and resources around women’s health and fitness topics well beyond the bike.

This year to celebrate International Women’s Day 4Five+ collaborated with Luma; For her health and wellbeing to raise funds for their new initiative - HER Board. The HER Board sponsorship program helps women escape domestic violence through support services including counselling, employment & training, relocation, childcare, health, security, transport and legal. All profits raised by the Women Cycling for Women IWD ride will go directly to HER Board.
